**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** This role involves working as a successful Profile Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position focuses on safely completing processes associated with manufacturing order-specific profiles. This includes handling raw materials, conducting quality checks, and packaging the finished product. **Responsibilities** + Ensure correct materials in appropriate quantities are supplied to the production lines. + Successfully complete line and equipment start-ups in a timely manner. + Perform color and tool changeovers while operating profile lines following established procedures. + Conduct quality checks to ensure client specifications for color, pattern, length, and width are met. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and manufacturing environments. + Proficiency in extrusion and machine operation. + Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. + Competence in measurements, assembly, inspection, and using measurement tools such as rulers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail. + Ability to recognize and act upon tasks needing completion with little to no supervision. + Capability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + Desire and ability to work in a team-based environment where decision-making is collaborative. + Motivation to enhance skills and progress within the company. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers growth potential with a clear advancement path through pay scales.
