ResponsibilitiesOperate on a manufacturing line alongside an operator and 2-3 other general production employees.Engage in pallet building, loading, and unloading of products.Follow proper pallet building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Adhere to all assembly line processes to ensure efficiency and safety.Work collaboratively within a team environment, with 3-4 people in each production cell.Take responsibility for a specific aspect of manufacturing within the production line.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly line and manufacturing industry.Ability to work effectively in a team setting.Proficiency in loading, unloading, and palletizing tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with production line operations.Willingness to rotate positions for cross-training.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a packaging manufacturing company specializing in paper and wax paper products for the food industry. The facility operates multiple shifts: 1st shift from 7am to 3:10pm, 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:10pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:10am. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WESTFIELD, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
