**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you'll play a vital role in creating high-quality electronic equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position requires flexibility and proficiency across various tasks within your assigned functional area. **Responsibilities** + Fabricate or assemble electronic equipment according to written work instructions. + Transition smoothly between multiple work areas daily based on established patterns. + Deliver materials to the point of consumption in response to Kanban signals. + Perform inventory transactions accurately. + Actively participate in daily management system meetings. + Contribute to continuous improvement projects. + Maintain a clean and well-organized work area. + Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing experience (preferred). + Small parts familiarity. + Ability to read and interpret English and use computers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 0-1 years of related work experience. + Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles is preferred, but not required. + Familiarity with computers and Windows. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a state-of-the-art facility that includes amenities such as a full kitchen, game area, TV lounge, and small library. You will primarily work in the assembly/hand add area. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.55/hr.
