**Manufacturing Associate – All Shifts Available ($15–$17/hr)** Step into a hands‑on role with a growing manufacturing team producing high‑quality counterweights and steel components. If you’re dependable, eager to learn, and ready to build real skills, this is a strong opportunity to grow in a stable, team‑focused environment. **What You’ll Do** + Support daily production with general labor tasks in a steel manufacturing setting + Unload finished products from machines and prepare materials for shipment + Assist with material handling throughout the facility + Operate basic machinery and tools (training provided) + Use tow motors/forklifts to move materials (training or prior experience welcomed) + Follow all safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe work environment **Skills That Help You Succeed** + Machine operation + Construction or assembly experience + Ability to use measurement tools + Tow motor/forklift operation + Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn **What We’re Looking For** + Ability to work overtime (minimum 5 hours/week) + Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs throughout the shift + Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required + Crane operation experience is a plus + Positive attitude and strong work ethic **Experience Level** Entry Level — training and advancement opportunities available. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Youngstown, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $18.00/hr.
