**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are a leading manufacturer of wire mesh for various product lines, including fencing and decking. We are seeking a dedicated machine operator for our wire mesh line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, running, and troubleshooting their own equipment in a non-climate controlled environment. **Responsibilities** + Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery on the wire mesh line. + Ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely. + Perform preventive maintenance on machinery. + Read and interpret blueprints to guide machine operation. + Use mechanical hand tools and power tools to assist in machine operation and repair. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Mechanically inclined. + Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CNC, press brake, and shear machines. + Experience in a production line setting. **Why Work Here?** We offer great benefits including a 401K plan with a company match of up to 4% for contributions of 5% or more. The shift timings include a 1st shift from 7AM-5:30PM Monday to Thursday and a 3rd shift option. The environment supports the use of mechanical, hand, and power tools. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
