**Job Title: General Production Worker $16.50/hr** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Die Cast Loaders to join our dynamic team. As a Die Cast Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, performing quality checks, moving metal parts throughout the cell/plant, and assisting with machine setup and troubleshooting. We operate a 3-shift system with openings available on the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 1:30 AM and the 3rd shift from 10:30 PM to 7 AM. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload machines efficiently. + Perform quality checks to ensure high standards are met. + Move materials, specifically metal parts, within the cell/plant. + Set up machines and provide assistance with repairs and troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude. + Ability to operate industrial systems and machinery. + Attention to detail. + Willingness to undergo up to 4 weeks of training. + Prior manufacturing experience in assembly, inspection, general labor, quality control, general production, and machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Automotive manufacturing experience. + Experience with aluminum/steel materials. + Quality audits and quality control experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer an excellent benefits package including paid holidays, additional paid shutdown weeks twice a year, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and 401(k) with match.
