Job Title: General Production WorkerJob Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a vital role in the chemical loading process at our facility. You will be responsible for accurately filling tanker trucks with chemicals, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining precise documentation.

ResponsibilitiesLoad chemicals into tanker trucks using work orders and safety protocols.Operate controls in the control room to select the correct chemicals.Wear safety gear, including rubber boots, overalls, a jacket, and a full-face shield.Use a lift gate to access the top of the tanker for hose hookup.Manually fill 5-gallon buckets, drums, or totes to specified weights.Seal and tag the top of the tanker to secure chemicals.Occasionally use forklifts for manual tasks.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment following GMP procedures.2+ years of experience documenting work such as outbound shipments or quality checks.Strong computer skills for entering information and tracking orders.Proficiency in chemical handling, filler operations, and warehouse duties.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Pharma, Food, Medical, or Chemical manufacturing is preferred.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.Forklift operation experience is an advantage but not essential.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work takes place in a chemical manufacturing plant at the Rosemount site, with occasional duties at the Saint Paul sites. The role involves working in enclosed spaces while wearing full protective gear. The position requires flexibility for overtime, with shifts running from 6 am-2 pm or 10 am-6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
