Work EnvironmentThe work environment is laid-back yet results-oriented, emphasizing personal responsibility. Employees work in a manufacturing setting with long rows of five workstations each. Temperature checks are conducted at the start and end of shifts. The shifts available are 1st shift from 6am to 2:30pm with some flexibility to start at 5:30am, and 2nd shift from 3:45pm to 12:15am. Candidates can expect 3-4 hours of overtime daily, totaling 50-60 hours per week.
