Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to support our production crew by maintaining the workflow and ensuring workspaces remain organized and clean. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with prior experience in a manufacturing setting who is comfortable standing for extended periods. You will collaborate with fellow shop helpers and receive guidance from sr production associates.

Responsibilities

Assist the production crew in maintaining the workflow.Keep workspaces organized and clean, including cleaning materials and tools.Utilize hand and power tools to aid production workers.Perform packaging and inspection tasks.Maintain equipment and tools by sweeping and cleaning.

Essential Skills

General labor experience in a manufacturing shop.Proficiency in packaging and handling hand tools.Experience with cleaning equipment and tools.Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.Strong inspection skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience working in a team environment.Ability to accept and apply feedback.Strong attendance record and work ethic.

Work Environment

The position is based in a shop environment with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Safety is a priority, and steel toe shoes and safety glasses are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
