Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role on the production line. Your responsibilities will include assembling materials, operating machines, and ensuring quality inspection before packaging. This position offers rotation among various tasks for a diverse working experience. The role is available on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with the opportunity for overtime during the week and some Saturdays.
ResponsibilitiesWork on the production line assembling materials and operating machines.Inspect parts for quality before packaging.Rotate between different positions on the production line.Lift and place components into boxes for shipping.Work mandatory 12-hour shifts as needed.Essential Skills6 months of recent manufacturing experience in a production worker, operator, assembler, or warehouse position.Ability to lift 40 lbs and handle car hoods made of plastic and foam.Experience with visual inspection and identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents.Longevity at past jobs, with 8 months or longer at the last three positions.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with mechanical tasks.Machine operating skills.Why Work Here?Enjoy competitive shift premiums, even during training. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.05 - $17.05/hr.
