**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description**
Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production line. In this role, you will follow detailed work instructions to operate machines and testing equipment, assembling top-quality pumps for our customers.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform end-of-the-line inspections to ensure product quality.
+ Operate various machines and testing equipment according to work instructions.
+ Learn and apply gauging techniques as required.
+ Move materials and parts within the work area and replenish stock.
+ Maintain accurate production, quality, and equipment documentation.
+ Understand and respond to quality alerts, reporting issues to team leads.
+ Repair defective or rejected production parts daily.
+ Analyze defects and contribute to corrective action programs.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production worker, operator, or assembler role.
+ Assembly experience in a manufacturing setting.
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
+ Strong tenure in previous positions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Gauge experience is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Work in a newly renovated plant moving into Warren from Oklahoma, as part of a global automotive supplier. The facility operates with state-of-the-art machines, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical equipment. Shifts are available for 8-hour and 10-hour schedules across three shifts, requiring availability to work 7 days a week. Enjoy a collaborative atmosphere while contributing to the production of components for major automotive companies including Ford, GM, Tesla, and FCA.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
