General Production Worker

Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

This position involves the first assembly of high-end products. You will use various hand and power tools to build and assemble wood products.

Responsibilities

Assemble products using hand and power tools.Read and interpret blueprints for accurate assembly.Perform carpentry, cabinetry, and woodworking tasks.Engage in finish carpentry and trim carpentry work.Prepare and paint products using spray guns and industrial painting techniques.Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Essential Skills

Ability to read blueprints and tape measures.Proficiency in carpentry, cabinetry, and woodworking.Experience with hand and power tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

6+ months of experience in manufacturing, general labor, farming, or construction.Preferred experience of 6+ months in machine operation.Experience in custom cabinetry and finish carpentry is a plus.

Work Environment

Utilize new equipment and tools in a well-organized manufacturing process. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, safety glasses (provided), and hearing protection (provided). You can wear jeans or shorts during the summer. 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts available!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stewartville, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
