**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description**
Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator I, where you will work collaboratively to produce high-quality electronic equipment. This role requires flexibility in tasks and a desire to achieve proficiency across various functions within the manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Fabricate or assemble electronic equipment according to written work instructions.
+ Flexibly adapt to multiple work areas daily based on established patterns.
+ Deliver materials to point of consumption in response to Kanban signals.
+ Accurately perform inventory transactions.
+ Actively participate in daily Tier 1 daily management system (DMS) meetings.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
+ Maintain a well-organized and clean work area.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
**Essential Skills**
+ Manufacturing experience (preferred).
+ Familiarity with small parts.
+ Ability to read and interpret English instructions and use computers.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 0 – 1 years of related work experience.
+ Training in and experience with Lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
+ Familiarity with computers and Windows operating system.
+ Experience with assembling, production, and handling electronic components such as PCB, soldering, wire, and cable.

**Work Environment**
Work in a brand new, state-of-the-art electronics manufacturing environment, designed like a football field. Starting at one end-zone with raw materials, followed by the SMT & AOI machines, assembly/hand add area, and ending in the packaging/shipping department. This position will primarily be in the assembly/hand add area.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.55/hr.
