START ASAP!!!!!** **Job Description** Join our dynamic foil and rubber department where you will play a crucial role in preparing materials for reuse and production. You will handle tasks such as cleaning large pieces of foil, applying frekote, and pouring rubber molds. This position requires wearing a respirator during certain processes and involves frequent lifting of 30-40 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Clean and prepare large pieces of foil for reuse. + Apply frekote while wearing a respirator. + Pour rubber molds for presses and manage an industrial mixer. + Lift and handle materials weighing 30-40 lbs frequently, occasionally 50+ lbs. + Work with minimal supervision to meet production goals. + Stay proactive and maintain a high level of energy in a fast-paced environment. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude with experience in technical work. + Ability to work independently and meet production targets. + Experience in assembly, general production, and handling hand tools. + Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. + Capability to perform minimal data entry and basic mathematical calculations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to shave for respirator fitting. + Flexibility to learn new tasks and work across different departments. + Experience in packaging, packing, and construction is beneficial. + Ability to stand for extended periods. **Why Work Here?** Experience competitive benefits, including 80% employer-paid health coverage, vacation, and retirement plans.
