What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be cross‑trained in multiple production areas, keeping the work interesting and your skills growing:

MixingBlend colored inks precisely according to formulas and work instructionsCombine compounds to achieve exact color, consistency, and viscosityWeedingSupport operators by trimming and finishing printed materialsRemove scrap and ensure clean, professional product edgesAuto‑CalendaringOperate an automated roller machineRoll raw materials to precise thicknesses used in downstream productionQuality CheckInspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and qualityVerify specifications and sign off on each inspection stageEnsure everything meets standards before shipmentWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in production, general labor, or hands‑on workStrong attention to detail and ability to inspect product qualityComfortable lifting up to 25 lbsManufacturing or quality experience is a plus—but not requiredWhy You’ll Want to Work Here

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
