Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in packaging fibers into buffering tubs using a buffering machine. You will be responsible for operating extrusion machines, inputting data into computers, loading fiber reels, managing unwinds and rewinds, and conducting minor troubleshooting of extrusion machines. This position requires the ability to push and pull up to 10 pounds repetitively and involves machine operating tasks.

Responsibilities

Package fibers into buffering tubs using a buffering machine.Operate extrusion machines efficiently and effectively.Input data accurately into computer systems.Load fiber reels and manage unwinds and rewinds.Perform minor troubleshooting of extrusion machines.Push and pull up to 10 pounds repetitively.Engage in machine operating tasks.

Essential Skills

3 years of true manufacturing experience.3 years of machine operating experience.Experience with machine operations that involve transformation of input materials.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No certifications are required.A high school diploma is required.Candidates with experience from Flex or similar environments tend to excel.

Work Environment

The position is for the night shift from 7pm to 7am. During the first week, training will be conducted on the 1st shift (Tuesday to Thursday), after which you will receive your night shift schedule. Our work environment is designed to foster growth and development, free from the constraints of typical assembly line or button-pushing roles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
