**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking candidates to operate a Die Cutting Machine. At the beginning of each shift, you will check the board to see which machine you'll be working on for the day, along with the corresponding work orders. You'll follow work orders on a computer, requiring basic computer navigation skills to enter quantities completed and materials used. Once you have accessed a work order, you will locate the specific die required and load the necessary roll onto the machine. The die cutting machine will cut different shapes using the die, with order sizes varying. After cutting, you will box and package the pieces. **Responsibilities** + Operate Die Cutting Machine and follow work orders. + Navigate a computer to enter quantities completed and materials used. + Locate specific dies required for each job. + Load required rolls onto the machine. + Box and package cut pieces. **Essential Skills** + Production and machine operation experience. + Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools. + Proficiency in using a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch. + Basic computer navigation skills. + Ability to lift 40 lbs. + Basic math skills, such as counting by 2s and 5s. + Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in machine operation or assembly. + Experience in machine operating or die cutting is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k with a 6% match, medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings account, short-term disability, life insurance, PTO, and holiday pay. Post-training, you may choose to maintain this schedule or switch to four 9-hour days and a 4-hour Friday, either from 6 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 6 am to 10 am Friday, or from 7 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 7 am to 11 am Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
