We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will engage in various assembly, molding, and quality control tasks, with opportunities to learn machine operation. Training is provided for most roles, allowing you to develop new skills in a supportive environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly and general labor tasks with willingness to learn machine operation.Complete a two-week training program for assembly and molding tasks.Engage in molding tasks, including machine operation after training.Operate forklifts in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment after completing three weeks of training.Conduct quality checks, including reading rulers and scales, and distinguishing color variances.Manufacture boxes and handle rework tasks with general labor duties.Adhere to scheduled shifts and clock-in/out protocols.Essential SkillsAbility to perform assembly and general labor tasks.Willingness to learn machine operation.Capability to complete training programs for various tasks.Proficiency in reading a ruler and scales and distinguishing color variances.Ability to speak, understand, and read English.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with production, general labor, and general production tasks.Familiarity with using scanners.Why Work Here?Join a dynamic team that offers opportunities for growth and skill development. Work EnvironmentYou will work in a production environment with shifts available from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am. Employees can clock in up to 7 minutes early but cannot clock out early. The warehouse is non-climate-controlled, and training may occur on the first shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
