Join our team as a Production Worker on the 3rd shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5:30 pm to 5:30 am. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment, earning a competitive hourly wage.
ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload parts or products onto pallets.Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements.Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating.Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.Ensure production deadlines and goals are met.Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.Essential SkillsExperience in production and machine operation.Ability to perform general labor tasks.Proficiency in using a tape measure.Experience in CNC and troubleshooting.Familiarity with mechanical and manufacturing processes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior manufacturing experience is beneficial.Experience in machine operating is advantageous.Why Work Here?We are committed to providing a supportive work environment where employees are valued and have the opportunity for advancement. Work EnvironmentWork takes place in a plastic manufacturing facility that is not temperature controlled. The company operates two buildings within five miles of each other, each supporting a different business unit. The work pace is manageable, and no heavy lifting is required.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
