Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

As a Production Associate, you will be trained across multiple departments and processes within our facility. You will gain exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and play a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage gate grinding, shell removal, and dewaxing processes.Perform sand blasting, roto filing, and knockout operations.Provide foundry support and contribute to overall production efficiency.Maintain attention to detail and adhere to safety protocols.Essential SkillsExperience with hand tools and machine operation.General labor and production skills.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.Willingness to learn new skills hands-on.Strong attention to detail and safety.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Team-oriented attitude.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Experience in construction, inspection, power tool usage, production, assembly, packing, load handling, troubleshooting, forklift operation, shipping & receiving, landscaping, and packaging.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
