Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will handle bags of product ranging from 1-50 lbs, with occasional handling of bags up to 100 lbs. You will be responsible for reading ingredient lists, counting pallets, placing scoops and lids on containers, and managing product flow on production lines.

Responsibilities

Read ingredients and count how many bags are on a pallet.Place scoops in cans/jars/buckets and secure lids.Stack and seal bags/cans of product from production lines.Bag product as it comes off production lines.Dump bags of product into appropriate equipment on the production lines.

Essential Skills

Ability to handle bags weighing up to 70lbs.Follow one- or two-step verbal instructions and read and follow written instructions.Perform routine and repetitive tasks efficiently.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and percentages.Basic computer skills for inputting and retrieving information.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.36 - $23.59/hr.
