General Production Worker's Needed in Kingston Springs, TN $20/hr!

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating production equipment efficiently. You will replace wooden pallets with plastic ones and aerate loads prior to printing, following the production schedule. This role requires the ability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues by detecting problems early through sound and operation.

Responsibilities

Replace wooden pallets with plastic pallets and aerate loads prior to printing according to the production schedule.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and diagnose issues early by sound and operation.Read and follow proper work instructions and use basic measurement tools.Regularly lift or carry items weighing 10 to 25 pounds, and handle pallets weighing 40 to 52 pounds.Stand and use hands to handle or feel objects and tools, and frequently reach with hands and arms.Occasionally walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required.

Essential Skills

Experience in assembly, machine operation, and general production.Ability to use power tools and perform mechanical assembly.Proficient in reading blueprints and conducting inspections.Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately.Physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting and operating equipment.
