General Production Worker

Looking for a hands-on role in a clean, well‑organized manufacturing environment? We’re hiring General Production Workers to support the assembly and packaging of high‑volume irrigation components. Pay: $16–$19/hr depending on shift

Shift Options

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

Assemble various irrigation products, including wall faucets, boxes, and industrial sprinklersUse hand tools, power tools, and lubricants during assemblyOperate packing and packaging equipmentRotate between different workstations every 2 hours to keep tasks fresh and engagingRemain on your feet for 10–12 hour shiftsWork occasional Saturdays to help meet production demands

Skills

Experience in production, manufacturing, construction, or similar hands‑on workComfort using hand and power toolsAbility to perform physical tasks such as twisting, screwing, lifting, and repetitive motionMachine operation experience is helpful but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
