**Production Worker for Manufacturing job in Albuquerque.** **Must have pervious/recent Manufacturing experience.** **Job Description:** We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Worker to assist in the development, scale-up, and production of powders and other security-based products. The work involves operational assignments and procedures related to powder and tag production under general supervision and guidance. **Responsibilities** + Operate, maintain, clean, and troubleshoot proprietary production equipment. + Mix materials, formulate recipes, produce powders, and conduct thermal post-processing for various powder types. + Conduct wet chemistry-based synthesis of unique taggant materials. + Ensure consistent quality for long-run material campaigns. + Demonstrate flexibility to shift between high-volume manufacturing and one-off R&D sample generation. + Maintain high operating efficiency while observing the highest quality, safety, and security standards. + Assist in planning, synthesis, processing, and testing of products. **Essential Skills** + Hands-on experience in production facility + Manufacturing experience with mechanical aptitude for machines + Basic math skills and problem-solving skills + Ability to lift up to 50lbs + Computer experience + Weighing, measuring, and handling materials experience + Forklift experience is a plus **Apply today and a recruiter will reach out to you!** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, NM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.24 - $19.24/hr.
