**Job Title: General Production Worker** **** **1st shift- $15.50 an hour** **2nd shift- $16.50 an hour** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for a General Production Worker position. This role requires candidates to work in a team setting within a factory atmosphere. You will be expected to stand for most of the day and be comfortable with the repetitive nature of the job. **Responsibilities** + Operate at the end of machines, managing foam products as they come off. + Pick, place, and transport foam into boxes and deliver them to designated areas. + Label each product accurately, ensuring attention to detail. + Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal heavy lifting, up to 30 lbs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production or related fields. + Ability to work efficiently in a team setting. + Comfort with standing for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or GED required. + No specific certifications necessary. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic company with opportunities for advancement. The dress code includes work pants, work shorts, and work boots, while tank tops and loose clothing are not permitted. The shift runs from 3:30 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Friday and Saturday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomsburg, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.
