General Production Worker
**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a general production worker, where you will be an integral part of the production line. Your role will involve assembling materials, operating machinery, and ensuring quality inspection before packing products for shipment. This role offers the opportunity for rotation across different tasks, allowing you to find the position you enjoy most. **Responsibilities** + Assemble materials and operate machines on the production line. + Inspect parts for quality assurance before packaging. + Place assembled components into boxes for shipment. + Rotate between various positions on the production line. + Work overtime as needed, including early or extended shifts and some Saturdays. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 6 months recent experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, including car hoods made of plastic and foam. + Experience in visual inspection, identifying defects such as scratches, paint marks, and dents. + Demonstrated job longevity, with at least 8 months at each of the past three jobs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills. + Experience in machine operating. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive shift premium during training, along with a $60 monthly attendance bonus. Note that long fingernails are not permitted for safety reasons. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
