General Production Worker

Join our team as a General Production Worker and contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality filtration media and systems.

This role ensures smooth production operations while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

2nd & 3rd Shift Options Available

Compensation:

Base Pay: $19.43 – $20.35 per hourLocation: Kingston,NYShift Differentials:2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM): +5%3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM): +10%(Training on 1st shift for the first 2 weeks required)

Key Responsibilities:

Produce filtration media/products following GMP standardsWeigh and mix raw materials for each batchAssist with equipment setup for production runsMonitor production schedules and make adjustments as neededConduct quality control tests and maintain accurate documentationPerform material handling and basic janitorial tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Manufacturing or production experience preferredBasic math skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to learn quickly and adaptEffective communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

Assembly and inspection experienceFamiliarity with hand tools and production machineryPackaging and packing experience

Work Environment:

Manufacturing facility producing depth filtration systemsTeam-oriented environment with 55+ employees company-wideDress Code: Jeans, short/long sleeve shirt, comfortable shoes (no sneakers)

The pay range for this position is $19.43 - $20.35/hr.
