**Job Title: Mill Production Technician** **Job Description** Seeking a diligent Mill Production Worker to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with machines in the Mill that process products, monitoring the product being loaded into bags, operating scales to ensure proper weight, manually sealing bags, palletizing material, and ensuring proper labeling. The environment is dusty and non-temperature controlled, with potential exposure to strong fumes due to chemical manufacturing. Uniforms and shoe protection are provided. Shifts include 2nd shift from 4pm-2:30am, Monday-Friday, and another shift from 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. The team consists of 8 people, and the workload can vary from slow to very busy, with opportunities for overtime. This role requires lifting 50 lbs regularly. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.75/hr.
