**Job Title: General Production Worker** Job Description As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficient flow of production by recording and counting cases of containers dumped for each order, inspecting the quality of containers, labels, and codes, and ensuring that containers are repacked and sealed safely. You will also tend to the case sealer and case coding unit while maintaining an accurate count of cases to achieve the production plan. Responsibilities + Record and count cases of containers dumped for each order. + Dump empty containers on the dump table. + Inspect the quality of containers, labels, and codes while re-casing filled containers. + Repack and seal containers safely and efficiently. + Maintain a count of cases produced to ensure the production plan is achieved. + Tend the case sealer and the case coding unit. Essential Skills + Experience in production, general labor, and general production. + Knowledge of food safety practices. + Ability to operate in a cleanroom and perform machine operations. + Proficiency in packaging and inspection tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Maintains work area in an organized, sanitary, and safe condition. + Responsible for food product quality and safety. + Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift and perform manual labor. There are two openings on the first shift from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM, and two openings on the second shift from Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lyndonville, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.40 - $18.40/hr.
