General Production Worker
**Job Title: General Production Worker** Job Description The position involves a variety of duties including measuring, assembly, and installing doors onto door panels, as well as some packaging and palletizing tasks. This role requires the use of measuring tape, hand and power tools, following written instructions, utilizing carpentry equipment, and the ability to lift materials periodically throughout the day. You will be a core part of the team, cross-trained in various roles to support different departments. Responsibilities + Measure and assemble components for door installation. + Install doors onto door panels. + Perform packaging and palletizing tasks. + Use measuring tape, hand tools, and power tools effectively. + Follow written instructions and utilize carpentry equipment. + Lift materials as needed throughout the day. + Prepare products for shipment. + Participate in cross-training to support various departments. Essential Skills + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to measure accurately using a tape measure. + Proficient in following written instructions. + Strong comprehension skills. + Blueprint reading ability. + Experience with assembly and pneumatic tools. + Saw operation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in woodworking, construction, or building is a plus. + Familiarity with pneumatic tools is advantageous. Why Work Here?
