Overview:

Join a creative manufacturing team producing custom, high-end decorative garage door covers. Work across multiple production areas including cutting, gluing, veneering, staining, and quality inspection. Most materials are lightweight with minimal lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut wood and foam to sizeGlue components and apply wood veneerSaw panels and stain with UV-resistant coatingsConduct quality inspections and measurementsMaintain workstation and assist with cleaning

Required Skills:

Experience in cabinetry, carpentry, framing, painting, or woodworkingProficient with saws, tape measures, hand/power toolsBlueprint reading and machine operationStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Additional Qualifications:

Artistic hobbies (baking, crafts, drawing, model building)Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive motionsComfortable using table saws, CNC routers, HVLP guns, hot wire gunsStrong visual acuity (close, distance, color, depth perception)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
