Production Associate – Manufacturing Team

Compensation: $20.00–$23.50/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Location: Tacoma, WA

Key Responsibilities:

Operate production equipment with attention to safety and efficiencyConduct basic quality control checks to ensure product standardsPrepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling and packagingKeep workstations clean and organizedAdhere to safety guidelines and operational proceduresWork collaboratively to meet daily production targets

What You Bring:

Prior experience in a production or warehouse setting is helpful but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shiftStrong work ethic and attention to detailReliability and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and grow with the company

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr.
