ResponsibilitiesWork on the production line to assemble polymer insulators.Perform basic crimping tasks; training will be provided.Utilize hand tools or power tools effectively for various tasks.Engage in cross-training to enhance versatility and skillset.Operate molding machines efficiently to produce high-quality insulators.Perform packaging and assembly tasks according to standards.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure product quality.
Essential SkillsExperience in general production, assembly, or mechanical aptitude.Ability to use hand tools or power tools effectively.Flexibility in handling different roles within the production line.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience with material handling and machine operation is preferred.Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled production facility that can be very hot in the summer. Employees are allowed to keep water at their work stations to stay hydrated. The facility operates across multiple shifts, offering opportunities for growth and learning.

Pay and Benefits
