Job Description
The End of Line Operator plays a crucial role in completing assigned tasks and handling scrap efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. This position involves hands-on management of inventory, appropriate storage, and the transfer of materials to the warehouse, all while strictly adhering to legal and safety procedures. The role requires close collaboration with the Line Manager.
ResponsibilitiesOversee all activities and operations at the end of the line.Adhere to all implemented procedures related to safety and processing for cutters and grinders.Complete paperwork and end-of-line SPC tests every 30 minutes.Perform LT% checks every 15 minutes, making corrections as needed.Identify and understand basic sheet faults and issues.Notify appropriate personnel of any unusual issues.Inform the shift leader or line/operations manager about quality and process concerns.Execute Appendix changes, including tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF, etc.Replace tape and barcodes when depleted.Make length and width adjustments.Perform pallet changes.Handle inkjet messaging.Enter orders into SAP.Perform other duties as directed.Essential SkillsExperience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment.Knowledge of safety and material handling practices.Proficiency in manufacturing and production processes, particularly with plastics.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months of manufacturing or production experience.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
