Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets, monitoring quality, and stacking orders based on daily requirements. You should be comfortable lifting up to 25lbs repetitively, have a high attention to detail, and be adept at inventory counting. This position requires standing for 10+ hours a day.
Responsibilities
Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.Monitor product quality and stack orders as per daily requirements.Lift up to 25lbs repetitively.Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in inventory counting.Stand for extended periods, exceeding 10 hours daily.Essential Skills
Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor settings.Proficiency in picking, packing, and palletizing.Familiarity with RF scanners, packaging, and inventory management.Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Vergne, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
