Responsible for operating a variety of proprietary machines to manufacture powder and paste additives for animals, humans, and ag products\n\nFollow production work order specifications and process job orders\n\nProcess work orders to assemble ingredients and fabricate finished product\n\nMake adjustments to equipment and minor repairs as needed \n\nUse general mechanical and electrical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment\n\nInspect and measure products to verify quality and specifications met\n\nAssist in inspecting materials prior to being used\n\nAssist in ingredient, packaging, and finished goods inventory\n\nCompute amount of ingredients and supplies required for operations based on production schedules\n\nDocument time, ingredients, and processes accurately

Must have valid drivers license\n\n6+ months experience within food production/manufacturing environment\n\n6+ months experience using mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. (I.E. Tinker with their cars, troubleshoot electronics, help out with wiring homes, etc) \n\nAbility to read and interpret documents and safety instructions in English\n\nMust be able to do basic algebra: divide and multiple whole numbers, fractions, percentages.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
