You will need to understand and follow recipes and written instructions, maintain a clean and sanitary work area, and operate equipment safely and efficiently. You will be expected to identify potential defects in products and address these issues promptly, along with performing other related tasks as assigned. Essential Skills + Experience in production, packaging, and general labor. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a food manufacturing facility. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and safe food handling. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
