Job Description
Support the assembly and manufacturing of cable products. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components according to specifications.Perform crimping and soldering of electrical connectors using hand tools and soldering irons.Read and follow wire harness assembly instructions and cable drawings.Gather materials and tools needed for each job in an organized and efficient manner.Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards.Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S principles.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.Assist with inventory and packaging tasks as needed.Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude.Experience in production, general labor, and assembly.Ability to read and interpret wire harness assembly instructions and cable drawings.Proficiency in crimping and soldering electrical connectors.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.Familiarity with 5S principles.Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
