General Production Worker
Hiring Extrusion Operators Near You

This role involves setting up equipment, monitoring the extrusion process, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Pay: $20-$23/hour

Shift: Day and Night shifts available

Responsibilities

Set up and operate equipment efficiently.Monitor the extrusion process to ensure optimal performance.Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Essential Skills

Experience in production and general labor tasks.Proficiency with assembly and extrusion molding processes.Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools effectively.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Good communication skills for coordination with team members and supervisors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with packaging and inspection processes.Dependability and consistency in work performance.Ability to maintain quality standards and identify defects.

Work Environment

The company promotes a safe and efficient work environment within the manufacturing industry. Employees adhere to safety protocols and have the necessary resources to perform tasks effectively. Training occurs on the day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Post-training, shift assignments include Day Shift 1: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Day Shift 2: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, allowing flexibility and variety in work schedules.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
