Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for replacing wooden pallets with plastic ones, aerating loads prior to printing based on production schedules, and occasionally performing preventative maintenance on equipment. The role requires the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues through early detection and machine sounds during operation.
Responsibilities
Replace wooden pallets with plastic pallets and aerate loads prior to printing, based on production schedule.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and diagnose, troubleshoot equipment through early detection and sound of machine while in operation.Read basic measurement tools and follow proper work instructions.Lift or carry weights of 10 to 25 pounds frequently and handle a pallet weighing 40-52 pounds.Regularly stand and use hands to fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms and occasionally walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Essential Skills
Experience in assembly and machine operation.Knowledge in machine operating and general production tasks.Ability to replace pallets and aerate loads.Capability to perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.Proficiency in reading basic measurement tools and work instructions.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with power tools and mechanical assembly.Ability to conduct inspections and read blueprints.Mechanically inclined with a hands-on approach.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
