This dynamic facility is expanding its operations and is seeking skilled individuals to join the production team, particularly in the assembly of pressure vessels and heat exchangers. Responsibilities + Prepare parts and assemble components into finished products by following production orders, company procedures, and supervisor instructions. + Perform assembly operations using power tools or specialized equipment. + Prepare parts for assembly through grinding, blasting, and cutting of metals. + Ensure assembly meets defined quality and safety standards by adhering to company procedures and documentation. + Maintain equipment in proper working condition by conducting preventative maintenance. + Suggest improvements in methods, procedures, or equipment to enhance efficiency and quality. Essential Skills + High School Diploma or GED required. + Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods. + Capability to regularly lift and move items up to 50 pounds. + Proficient in using standard hand and power tools like drills and grinders. + Strong verbal communication skills. + Understanding of fractions, decimals, and measurement techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 1+ years of manufacturing or production work experience. + 1+ years of mechanical assembly experience, including working from drawings and diagrams. + 1+ years of industrial machine operation experience. + Team player mentality. + Willingness to work other shifts as needed. + Understanding of the company's growth schedule.
