We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our evening shift in the paint department. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow with the company and develop skills in paint, sandblasting, and powder coating. You will assist in various tasks such as assembly, packaging, and operating machinery under supervision, while learning from experienced staff to ensure smooth production processes.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the paint department with evening shift hours from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, four days a week.Participate in painting parts for government, agriculture, and private sector projects.Help with tasks such as assembly, packaging, and machinery operation.Work closely with experienced staff to learn and execute production processes.
Essential SkillsStrong work ethic and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Good communication skills.Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
