**Batch Technician** Job Description We are seeking dedicated Batch Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with supervisors to add frozen ingredients into large production mixers for the manufacturing of various hot sauces. This position requires both physical strength and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities + Collaborate with supervisors to add frozen ingredients into mixers. + Consistently lift 30-50 lbs as part of ingredient handling. + Prepare and manage lists of duties for future batches. + Maintain cleanliness by cleaning areas and disposing of packaging. + Monitor production processes and prepare for additional production cycles. Essential Skills + Experience in production and general labor environments. + Ability to work in a physical environment with consistent lifting. + Experience with batching, blending, and cleanroom operations. + Proven ability to work in a general production setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Willingness to work in a clean, food-producing environment with consistent odors from vegetables, vinegars, and spices. + Previous experience working overnight shifts. + Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs. You will work alongside many production associates in a plant with approximately 33 employees. Shifts vary, and you will be part of a six-person night shift. Shift hours are: 1st shift from 1am to 11am/noon and 2nd shift from 6am to 5pm/6pm, with each shift running 12 hours, Tuesday to Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
