**Job Title: General Production Worker** Job Description Join our team and be trained to perform electronic assembly of switches for various sectors including military, government, agriculture, and healthcare. The role involves working with small parts, requiring excellent hand/eye dexterity and the ability to use hand tools to build different component parts. You will gather materials needed and place components onto PC boards, working independently at your station. The position requires standing and sitting throughout the day with a strong attention to detail. Additionally, training will be provided on ultrasound lines for more mechanical assembly tasks, working at a conveyor belt and following work orders. Responsibilities + Perform electronic assembly of switches for military, government, agriculture, and healthcare sectors. + Handle small parts with precision and dexterity. + Use hand tools to assemble component parts. + Gather necessary materials for assembly. + Place components onto PC boards. + Stand or sit at a workstation for extended periods. + Train on ultrasound lines for mechanical assembly tasks. + Work at a conveyor belt and follow work orders. Essential Skills + Experience with small precision hand tools. + Good hand/eye coordination. + Attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in electronic assembly, soldering, and using power tools. + Solder certification is a plus. + Experience with pick and place equipment is advantageous. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Cook, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
