General Production Worker

Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for sorting, lifting, catching, and packaging tiles while inspecting them for quality control. Your duties will include stacking tiles from a pallet onto a conveyor and performing cleaning tasks when the production line is not running. This role requires sweeping and spraying the line down with a hose. Please note that this position can be extremely messy, and you will get wet and dirty.

Responsibilities

Sort, lift, and package tiles while conducting quality inspections.Stack tiles onto conveyor belts and clean the production line.Sweep and spray down production lines with a hose.Maintain exceptional attendance, reliability, and performance.Engage in repetitive movements such as twisting, bending, kneeling, and crouching.Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Essential Skills

Previous manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.Ability to solve practical problems using logic.Self-sufficiency under general supervision.Comfortable working around large machinery and equipment.Willingness to get dirty when required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in assembly, packaging, and inspection.Ability to count and manage tile stacks efficiently.Demonstrated track record of reliability and performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
