**Job Title: Production Worker** **1st shift $16.37/hr** Job Description Join our dynamic team in Beech Creek, PA, where we manufacture high-quality truck lights and wire harnesses for various vehicles, including pickup trucks, tractor trailers, and military vehicles. We are looking for dedicated production workers to contribute to our operations across three key departments: Harness/Assembly, Molding, and Warehouse. Responsibilities + Perform general warehouse duties such as using an RF scanner to pull orders, boxing orders, labeling, packing, running a bagging machine, and using a pallet jack. + Lift and palletize products up to 50lbs, while working collaboratively in a team setting. + In the Manufacturing Pack section, handle larger orders by reading work orders, locating products on shelves, scanning items, and placing them into plastic totes for labeling and shipping. + In the Customer Pack section, manage smaller, detail-oriented orders by pulling, counting, inspecting, packing, and labeling orders for shipping. + Operate industrial trucks, including sit-down forklifts and high-reach forklifts, ensuring safety compliance at all times. Essential Skills + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Effective teamwork skills. + Basic computer skills, especially for roles in the Customer Pack section. + Safety consciousness, particularly for forklift operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in general labor, warehouse pick/pack, assembly, manufacturing, production, and distribution is beneficial. + Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one. The dress code is casual, with jeans, t-shirts, and closed-toe shoes required. An incentive program is available in the Harness Department after hire, and excellent benefits are offered post-hire. Shifts vary, with first, second, and third shifts available, each with unique scheduling patterns. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MC ELHATTAN, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
