General Production Worker
**Job Title: Production Associate** Job Description The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of coils and the assembly of finished products, including performing assigned soldering processes. This position ensures the production of high-quality products in compliance with production control documentation. Responsibilities + Solder components, configure cabling, and configure wires; training will be provided. + Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentation. + Ensure the quality of work and adherence to all Quality System requirements. + Assist with the movement of materials through workstations and label all bins and trays properly. + Ensure products meet current quality requirements. + Document time accurately to appropriate manufacturing orders, following process specifications and production rules. Essential Skills + Experience in production, hand tools, general production, inspection, and mechanical assembly. + Comfortable using small hand tools for small part assembly and winding. + Ability to cross-train across various areas such as assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Team player with a good work tenure. + Reliable with consistent attendance. + Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds. Work Environment The work environment consists of an open concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee. The product flows from station to station. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays available for overtime. The facility is located in Concord, NH, specializing in manufacturing quality high-frequency power assemblies and custom coils for diverse industries. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to hire position based out of Concord, New Hampshire. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
