**Job Title: General Production Worker** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to maintain machines and assist in setup and molding operations. This full-time role involves changing out gaskets and working with hydraulic and air systems. Experience in a machine shop, automotive shop, or production environment is advantageous. Responsibilities + Maintain and operate machines in a manufacturing setting. + Assist in setup and molding processes. + Change out gaskets and work with hydraulic and air systems. + Utilize hand tools effectively in daily tasks. Essential Skills + 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment. + 6 months or more experience using hand tools. + Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours a day. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a machine shop, automotive shop, or production environment is a plus. + Forklift operation experience. + Familiarity with assembly processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
