Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and diligent individuals for an entry-level warehouse position. The ideal candidate will have the stamina to work on their feet for 8-10 hours per day, possess the ability to read work orders in English, and communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to package items efficiently.Work with supervision to understand and meet work demands.Read work orders accurately to pick parts.Stage products appropriately for shipment.Independently handle materials as needed.Lift up to 50 lbs infrequently as part of material handling duties.

Essential Skills

Ability to work on feet for extended periods (8-10 hours).Proficiency in reading work orders in English.Effective communication skills with team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in packing, inventory management, and production.Skills in material handling and forklift operation.Experience in picking and general labor.Familiarity with shipping processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34000.00 - $48000.00/yr.

This position offers extensive benefits including a $1,500 sign on bonus, excellent medical dental and vision and a matching 401K
