General Production Worker
General Production Worker – 2nd Shift

Location: Lisle, IL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Production Worker to join our team on 2nd shift. This role supports the manufacturing of high-quality printing inks and involves hands-on work with raw materials, mixers, and production equipment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in ink, paint, or chemical production environment and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

ResponsibilitiesWeigh raw materials accurately according to batch ticket instructions.Select and clean mixing tubs based on batch requirements.Operate mixers and pumps; filter ink using bags and cartridges.Record weights, lot numbers, and other production data with precision.Deliver samples to Quality Control and make adjustments as needed.Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues promptly.Safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.Follow all safety and operational procedures.QualificationsMinimum of 6 months experience in ink, paint, or chemical production preferred.Familiarity with batch mixing and machine operation.Proficiency in using scales and measuring instruments.Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.Strong attention to detail and reliability.Work EnvironmentClean, organized manufacturing facility with a faint ink smell.Why Work With UsOpportunity to learn multiple roles and become a cross-trained team member.Advancement potential within a stable and growing company.Overtime opportunities available.How to Apply

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
